3. Review Guidelines

• The review does not contain confidential or proprietary information
• You are the original author of the content

By submitting content, you grant TelecomReviewz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on our platform.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use TelecomReviewz to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Submit reviews for providers you have not personally used
• Submit multiple reviews for the same provider
• Harass, threaten, or defame other users, company employees, or ISP representatives
• Distribute spam, viruses, or any harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data without permission
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures or spam detection
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post content that is obscene, hateful, or violates any applicable law

5. Intellectual Property

All content on TelecomReviewz — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by TelecomReviewz, Inc. and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

User-submitted reviews remain the intellectual property of their authors. By submitting content, you grant us the license described in Section 3 while retaining ownership.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

TelecomReviewz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the accuracy of user reviews and are not responsible for decisions made based on review content.

We do not endorse any internet service provider. Ratings reflect the opinions of individual users, not TelecomReviewz. Provider information including pricing and availability may change — always verify directly with the provider.

We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TelecomReviewz, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the site shall not exceed $100.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Reviews you have submitted may remain published at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
