I've been a loyal AT&T customer for quite some time now. Martha Matthews here, and I must say their customer service is top-notch. Any issues I've had were promptly addressed, and the representatives were knowledgeable and courteous. The network coverage is generally reliable, and I appreciate the consistency in service. The only downside is the cost, but I suppose you get what you pay for.
